I found my stay at Tophams Hotel to be quite mixed. While the location was fantastic, being close to Victoria Station and many attractions, the room left a lot to be desired. It was small and in need of better maintenance, which was disappointing for the price I paid. Overall, while the staff tried to be accommodating, the experience didn’t meet my expectations.
